I often start my day with a cup of organic coffee with coconut milk creamer. It’s so easy to make and does not contain additives like store bought versions. Coconut milk is rich in antioxidants and nutrients, including vitamins C, E and B vitamins, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, and iron.
- 1 Can Coconut Milk
- Natural Sweetener (I use 1 tbs of coconut sugar or 4 tbs of maple syrup)
- 1 Tablespoon Organic Vanilla Extract
- Optional: Dash of Cinnamon
- Pour into mason jar and shake. Store in fridge up to week.
- Shake well before using.
